North Texas Sign & Lighting is led by Tommy Bell, Managing Partner and Licensed Master Sign Electrician. Tommy is a 21-year veteran of the commercial sign industry whose career started hands-on — in the yard, in permitting, in logistics, in accounting — before moving into leadership roles overseeing operations, sales, and teams of 50+ across every department.
That ground-up experience matters. It means NTSL is led by someone who understands the work at every level — from the field to the P&L. Tommy has personally managed high-volume project pipelines and scaled sign operations through relationship-driven sales and operational discipline.
A former President of the Texas Sign Association — where he held every board seat from Treasurer through Past President — Tommy has built a statewide network of client and peer relationships rooted in trust, follow-through, and technical credibility.
